Many of the elected officials in Arizona are in cahoots with Bill Gates (yes that Bill Gates) and he is one of them besides the Pentagon that funds these illegal chemtrails. In fact Bill Gates has plans for a dystopian 15 minute city just outside Phoenix and the officials are so proud.
