Today when I go out in the sun, I feel like I am getting seared like a steak on a super hot grill. Very intense sunlight. Seems like you might want these funny clouds to show up but they seem to be making it more intense.

can anyone explain why suddenly, at the exact same time, a layer clouds appears out of nowhere?

the video is at 80x speed.
some planes were leaving thick lasting, spreading stripes in the morning.
